Hawaii

Postcards: Hawaii 2014

4/23/2014

What a surreal experience! First of all, I didn't plan this trip. I got a call from my cousin a few days before she flew me out to Hawaii. I was not prepared for this vacation at all! I haven't even thought of going there during Winter in New York. But that was a good thing because I got to escape this brutal weather in NY. Everything felt like a dream as I got there.
It was also my first time at the beautiful Kona, Hawaii.

We stayed at a 62-acre oceanfront resort called Hilton Waikoloa Village,
which is a 20 minute drive from Kona International Airport.
The resort features a 4 acre ocean-fed lagoon with white sand, 3 pools with waterfalls and slides, golf courses, Spa, and 14 unique restaurants and bars.
You know what's even great about our stay? I've seen dolphins in their tropical lagoon which is the highlight of my trip as I've never seen one up close! You can swim with the dolphins and have your photos taken too!
I fell in love with this resort the moment I saw it.
I felt saw calm and relaxed during our stay. I was also able to go around the resort and take photos every morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful too.

I found this resort magical! It's a beautiful place to stay. I would definitely want to go back with my family. Overall, I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

At the Hilton Waikoloa Village
I just can't get enough of the view!

I would love to visit Hawaii again because I wasn't able to take that much photos. ;)
