have a long list of people that I want to meet in person and one of them is Marianna Hewitt.
It was a last minute invitation so I felt so lucky that I was one of the few lucky ladies to join the event.
I arrived early that day and I was probably the first attendee to get there. I saw Marianna and I just smiled, I didn't know what to say at first. I saw her mom and I approached her first because I also follow her on Instagram. I was so excited to introduce myself. I showed the photo I posted on my vision board and told her a short story about myself and how I ended up there. She was so nice and sweet, gave me advice to keep doing what I'm doing. She immediately called Marianna and that's how I met her.

To be honest, the first time I followed Marianna on Instagram was a couple years ago when I noticed that she resembles Kim Kardashian. I began watching her vlogs too. But aside from her fashion and beauty posts, I just feel like I can relate to her and that we have the same passion. She knows the social media algorithms. She basically knows what I know too; the only difference is she has more followers. That's when I realized there's more to Marianna, and not just a pretty face. She's CEO goals. One more thing that I love about her is she shares her knowledge in this business. Not all "influencers" do that.

I have been blogging on and off since 2010. Had my Instagram since 2012. But I still can't figure out what content I want to post on my feed. I'm still in the process of making my feed look perfect. And if there's one person that can mentor me, it's Marianna Hewitt. There's so much to learn from her.
What she shares online is already helpful. I hope one day I get to sit down with her over coffee. She's just #goals.
